1. Organiser
MicroBalkans 26 is organised by the Stopanska Komora na Republika Severna Makedonija, registered at ул. Димитрие Чуповски бр. 13, 1000 Скопје, Северна Македонија.
2. Registration & payment
By submitting the registration form, you agree to attend the conference (24–26 September 2026, Skopje) and to pay the applicable registration fee. The fee is shown on the form and depends on whether your organisation is a member of the organiser or co-organiser associations.
Registration fees are paid by bank transfer in EUR or MKD. Registrations are provisional until funds are received and reconciled, which usually takes 1–2 business days.
Sponsor promo codes grant complimentary passes from a sponsor’s pre-allocated quota. Codes are not transferable for cash value.
3. Refund policy
Registration fees are non-refundable. Once a payment is confirmed — whether by card or bank transfer — it cannot be returned, including in the event you are unable to attend.
You may, however, transfer your pass to a colleague from the same organisation at no extra cost. Email registration@microbalkans.org with the original reference number and the new attendee’s details, at least 7 days before the conference.
4. Cancellation by the organiser
In the unlikely event that the organiser cancels MicroBalkans 26 for reasons within its control, registration fees will be refunded in full. If the conference is rescheduled (e.g. due to force majeure), registrations will carry over to the new date, or you may opt for a full refund.
5. Invoices
An official invoice (PDF) is issued by Stopanska Komora na Republika Severna Makedonija for every paid registration and emailed to the address you provided. If you need an invoice addressed to a different legal entity or with changes to the line items, email registration@microbalkans.org within 7 days of receiving it.
6. Conference programme
The organiser may adjust the programme — replace speakers, reorder sessions, change the venue within Skopje, or shift optional activities — without giving rise to refund obligations.
7. Personal data
We collect the information you submit on the registration form solely to process your registration, send conference communications, issue your invoice, and welcome you on-site. Data is stored securely and shared only with co-organisers and the venue as strictly necessary. You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data by emailing registration@microbalkans.org.
8. Photo & video
The organiser records audio, video, and photography during the conference for promotional and archival use. By attending you agree to your likeness appearing in such material. If you prefer not to be photographed, email us in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of North Macedonia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the competent courts in Skopje.
